Recruitment for Administrative Office Support Positions
6-Month Employment Starting from May 12

The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 1st that it will conduct recruitment for youth interns in 2025.


This youth internship is an experiential internship program designed to provide practical work experience and help young people smoothly enter society.


The recruitment field is administrative office support, hiring a total of 32 people, including 30 through open competition and 2 through restricted competition for youth preparing for independence. The workplace is the Daejeon headquarters, and the employment period is 6 months.

Applicants must be youth aged 34 or younger as of the appointment date (born after May 13, 1990), with no restrictions on gender or educational background. They must be able to start working immediately at the workplace after hiring and must not have any disqualifications for employment.


Applications can be submitted online through the recruitment website from today until 5 p.m. on the 10th.


The recruitment process consists of two stages: document screening and interview screening, and the final successful candidates are scheduled to be appointed on the 12th of next month.


Interns who complete the program will receive preferential benefits, such as additional points in document screening when applying for regular positions at the Small Enterprise and Market Service in the future. If selected as outstanding interns, additional points will be given not only in document screening but also in written and interview tests.


Park Seonghyo, Director of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, said, "The youth internship is a great opportunity to directly experience practical work in the public sector and develop job competencies beyond simply providing jobs," and added, "We hope for the interest and support of many young people in Korea."
