Park Chandae "Han Deoksoo, If Ma Eunhyuk Is Not Appointed by the 1st, Serious Decision Will Be Made"

"If the Constitutional Court Does Not Dismiss Yoon, It Will Become the New Eulsa Five Traitors"

Park Chan-dae, floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, warned on the 30th that if Acting President and Prime Minister Han Duck-soo does not appoint Ma Eun-hyuk as a Constitutional Court justice by the 1st, he will take a serious decision.

At a press conference held at the National Assembly that day, Floor Leader Park urged Acting President Han, saying, "Stop the Yoon Seok-yeol return project and appoint Justice Ma Eun-hyuk by April 1."

He also identified Acting President Han and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Choi Sang-mok as the "main culprits destroying the constitutional order of the Republic of Korea."

Floor Leader Park stated, "The refusal to appoint Justice Ma Eun-hyuk is a thoroughly intentional act," and claimed, "The plan is to deliberately delay the appointment of Justice Ma Eun-hyuk until April 18, when the terms of Justices Moon Hyung-bae and Lee Mi-seon expire, in order to paralyze the Constitutional Court."

He continued, "After the two justices retire, the plan is to appoint two Constitutional Court justices by the president's quota to produce dismissal decisions from the Constitutional Court," criticizing it as a "Yoon Seok-yeol return conspiracy" and a "second martial law scheme."

He called on the Constitutional Court to dismiss President Yoon Seok-yeol. Floor Leader Park said, "In 1905, there were the Eulsa Five Traitors who sold out the country," and added, "If the Constitutional Court makes a decision leading the country to ruin instead of dismissing Yoon Seok-yeol, it will leave a disgrace in history as the new Eulsa Five Traitors."
