Accelerating AI Centered on Elice AI PMDC
Unveiling Four Generative AI Models Including 'Helpy'
AI education solution company 'Elice Group,' celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, is accelerating the construction of AI infrastructure for domestic and international companies, schools, and government agencies under the slogan 'Empowering AI,' centered on the modular data center 'Elice AI PMDC.'
On the 28th, Elice Group held a press conference, 'Elice IMPACT 2025,' at Boco Seoul in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, unveiling the 'Elice AI Ecosystem,' which will create synergy based on the Elice Artificial Intelligence (AI) PMDC. Kim Jaewon, CEO of Elice Group, explained, "Recently, the adoption and demand for generative AI have been rapidly increasing everywhere, including government, companies, and schools," adding, "Elice Group has built an AI ecosystem where AI infrastructure, platforms, AI models, and content are organically connected to meet this demand."
At the conference, 'Elice Cloud' was introduced as a platform providing high-performance GPU and NPU services based on the AI PMDC launched in 2023. Last year, it was selected as an excellent cloud service provider (CSP). Starting this year, Elice Group plans to add a business model that offers customized AI cloud services through an integrated Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) combining AI PMDC, servers, and AI cloud platforms.

Accordingly, depending on the demand from companies wishing to adopt AI, customized AI PMDCs equipped with NVIDIA's latest GPUs B200 and H200, as well as domestically produced NPUs, will be provided. Since the design to construction process is completed in about four months, Elice Group explained that it is suitable for companies seeking fast and efficient AI adoption.
CEO Kim emphasized, "The public sector, which faces difficulties in utilizing AI due to concerns about security and stability, will also be targeted with AI PMDCs that have high security levels." Last year, Elice Group obtained Cloud Service Security Certification (CSAP) SaaS standard grade and international information security certifications ISO27001 and 27701. In February this year, it became the first to receive CSAP IaaS certification for AI PMDC. Furthermore, Elice Group plans to expand its presence in the public education cloud business, starting with the introduction of infrastructure for the AI digital textbook currently under development.
The conference also introduced the 'AI Model Library,' which allows the use of various AI models with one click and no separate installation. This was developed to reduce the development burden for companies promoting AI transformation by providing various AI functions such as large language models (LLM), visual question answering (VQA), and text-to-speech (TTS) as application programming interfaces (API).
Additionally, four types of generative AI models called 'Helpy' were newly unveiled. The types include ▲Helpy Edu ▲Helpy Pro ▲Helpy Reasoning ▲Helpy-V Reasoning. 'Helpy Edu' is an AI model for education, and 'Helpy Pro' is for business use. 'Helpy Reasoning' is a deep reasoning model that can be used to solve logical problems or math puzzles. 'Helpy-V Reasoning' is a multimodal VQA model capable of understanding and answering various images. CEO Kim explained, "This model demonstrated high performance in the multilingual text-centered VQA (MTVQA) benchmarks for Korean and Vietnamese."
Regarding the press conference, CEO Kim said, "We developed the AI PMDC based on industry-leading technologies such as high-density power efficiency, liquid cooling technology to manage heat generation, and strong security performance, and we organized this event to newly introduce it as a business model," adding, "We will lead AI transformation across all public and corporate sectors in the AI era, contributing to the creation of the domestic AI ecosystem and enhancing national industrial competitiveness."
