The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) stated on the 24th, "Proper responsibility has not been held for Prime Minister Han, who protected the forces of rebellion," and condemned the dismissal of Han's impeachment petition.
The KCTU said, "The dismissal decision noted that there was no evidence that Prime Minister Han actively recommended the State Council to legitimize the emergency martial law, which acknowledges that the emergency martial law was illegal," adding, "President Yoon's emergency martial law is a clear violation of the Constitution."
The Federation of Korean Trade Unions (FKTU) said, "The dismissal of Prime Minister Han's impeachment raises fundamental questions about whether judicial justice is alive in our society," and expressed "deep regret over this ruling."
The FKTU stated, "President Yoon's rebellion is a serious crime that threatens the rule of law and the sovereignty of the people, and must be strictly judged," and urged, "We call for the restoration of constitutional order and normalization of state affairs through a swift dismissal."
