Actor Kim Soo-hyun's agency announced that it has filed an additional complaint against the operator of the YouTube channel 'Garosero Research Institute' (hereinafter referred to as Gaseyeon) on charges of violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, following the initial complaint.

On the 24th, the legal representative of the agency Gold Medalist, law firm LKB & Partners, stated, "'Gaseyeon' threatened through a live broadcast that if Disney Plus (+) does not cancel the release of 'Knock Off,' they would disclose footage featuring Kim Soo-hyun," adding, "We have filed an additional complaint against Gaseyeon operator Kim Se-ui on charges of criminal intimidation under the Criminal Act."

Earlier, with the production of the Disney Plus drama 'Knock Off,' starring Kim Soo-hyun, completed, it was expected to be released as early as April. However, as the controversy over Kim Soo-hyun's relationship with the late actress Kim Sae-ron intensified, Disney Plus decided to postpone the release plan.

The law firm also pointed out that Gaseyeon's mention of the 'Nth Room' case during the live broadcast constitutes a 'serious criminal act.' The firm said, "They claimed as if actor Kim Soo-hyun committed a crime similar to the 'Nth Room' case and that there is footage of it," adding, "This is completely untrue and intolerable, so we promptly took additional legal action."

Meanwhile, on the 20th, Kim Soo-hyun's agency had filed a complaint against Gaseyeon and the bereaved family of Kim Sae-ron on charges of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (distribution of filmed materials using cameras, etc.).

The law firm also criticized Gaseyeon for releasing photos of Kim Soo-hyun taken without wearing pants, stating, "These photos, which capture parts of the body that could cause sexual shame to Kim Soo-hyun, should not be made public to the public, nor is there any reason for them to be disclosed."
