Gyeongsan City in North Gyeongsang Province has completed the land price assessment for 152,758 individual land parcels as of January 1, 2025, and after verification by certified appraisers, will open the individual official land price for public viewing and opinion submission from the 21st to April 9.
Landowners and interested parties can check the individual official land price at the Eup, Myeon, or Dong Administrative Welfare Centers or at the Land Information Division at City Hall. It is also available for viewing on the Gyeongsan City Hall website.
If you have any comments regarding the individual official land price, you can submit a written opinion to the Eup, Myeon, or Dong Administrative Welfare Centers or the Land Information Division at City Hall.
The submitted opinions will be re-examined by an appraisal agency, considering the characteristics of the land and price balance with neighboring land, and will undergo final review by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.
The results will be individually notified to those who submitted opinions and are scheduled to be finalized and publicly announced on April 30.
Since the individual official land price is used as a basis for national and local taxes as well as various charges and usage fees, it is important to check it within the opinion submission period.
