The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is recruiting participating companies for the ‘2025 Gyeonggi-do Technology Startup Rechallenge Support Project,’ which provides re-challenge opportunities to startups that have experienced business failure, until the 3rd of next month.
This support project aims to create an environment where re-challenge is possible after failure by selecting and supporting a total of 10 companies targeting ‘pre-restartup companies’ and ‘early restartup companies.’
Pre-restartup companies are those that have closed their business before the announcement date and are eligible for re-startup under the ‘Small and Medium Enterprise Startup Support Act.’ Early restartup companies are startups within 3 years of re-establishment in the province that have experienced business closure.
Selected companies will receive up to 30 million KRW in commercialization support funds (prototype production, marketing, intellectual property application, etc.) and startup capability enhancement programs (consulting, education, pitching contests, etc.).
