Gwangju City announced on the 13th that it will implement the "Housing Brokerage Fee Support Project" to alleviate the relocation burden for vulnerable housing groups.
The beneficiaries include recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security Program, the near-poor, single-parent families, and newlyweds with a median income of 100% or less. Applications can be submitted by the parties involved in the transaction or their representatives by visiting the real estate department of the district office or the local administrative welfare center where the property is located. Newlyweds may apply only once for their first application.
The required documents include: ▲Application form for housing brokerage fee support ▲Sales or lease contract ▲Consent for collection and use of personal information ▲Copy of bank account ▲Resident registration certificate ▲Receipt for brokerage fee ▲Proof of eligibility such as beneficiary certificate, marriage certificate, or health insurance payment certificate.
