Lotte Construction is establishing 'Safety Inspection Centers' in three regions: the Seoul metropolitan area, Yeongnam region, and Honam region, to conduct real-time inspections.

Lotte Construction will respond immediately upon detecting risk factors through a permanent inspection system established by region. Lotte Construction stated, "In connection with the headquarters Safety Situation Center, we plan to monitor and manage blind spots in high-risk sites with poor or vulnerable safety management through surveillance cameras (CCTV)," and added, "If signs of a serious accident appear, we will promptly exercise the right to stop work." Technical personnel will also be assigned to the Safety Inspection Centers to strengthen technical inspections and support needed on site.

A Lotte Construction official said, "The opening of regional Safety Inspection Centers is part of the three core strategies newly established this year to establish a site-centered safety awareness," and added, "We will strengthen support for site-centered safety activities."

Meanwhile, in January this year, Lotte Construction set "Realizing Safety as the Top Priority Value, Let's be Safe 2025!" as its safety management slogan. The company is promoting three core strategies: strengthening execution capabilities, advancing the safety management system, and enhancing the capabilities of its members.
