"Yoon Finally Released... Far Too Late"
Na Kyung-won, a member of the People Power Party, warned on the 8th that "criminal responsibility must be held to the end for the obstinacy of political prosecutors" after President Yoon Seok-yeol was released.
On the same day, Na wrote on social media (SNS), "The president has finally been released from illegal detention," adding, "It was very late, far too late."

She also stated, "Just as there is no appeal against the dismissal of a warrant, the court's decision regarding personal detention is the court's exclusive authority," and asked, "I want to ask whether the Republic of Korea is truly a nation governed by the rule of law."
Na said, "We must rebuild the collapsed constitutional order, the rule of law, and the principle of due process one by one," and mentioned, "The fabricated evidence of the internal rebellion plot is collapsing one by one. Let us restore the Republic of Korea's liberal democracy and rule of law through the Constitutional Court's dismissal decision."
The prosecution sent the release order to Seoul Detention Center on the afternoon of the day, about 27 hours after the court's decision to cancel President Yoon's detention was made around 2 p.m. the previous day. President Yoon was released after 52 days of detention.
