Changwon Facilities Corporation, Ranked No.1 in Gyeongnam in Ministry of the Interior and Safety Customer Satisfaction Survey 'Top Institution'

Record-High Score of 92.7 Points Achieved

Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam received the highest score ever in the ‘2024 Local Public Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey’ conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and was selected as the ‘Best Institution’ for customer satisfaction.

The Local Public Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey comprehensively evaluates service environment, processes, results, and social satisfaction for 384 local public enterprises nationwide, conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.


In this survey, the corporation achieved a score of 92.7, an increase of 5.6 points compared to the previous year, resulting in its selection as a top institution with a high score above 90 points. This is the highest score ever and ranked first among 36 target institutions in Gyeongnam.


The corporation self-assesses that this result is due to continuous efforts to improve service quality, including customer safety and facility improvements, based on the customer satisfaction management system and the Korea Service Quality Excellence Company (SQ) certification.


Additionally, it has devoted full efforts to enhancing customer satisfaction through high-quality services by listening to various customer voices, strengthening CS training, and expanding customer participation in management.


Acting Director Lee Kyung-gyun said, “We will do our best to continuously innovate and upgrade customer service with ideas so that the corporation can become one that moves customers with inspiration.”
