Holt Children’s Services (President Shin Mi-sook) announced on the 28th that Im Il-seok, CEO of D-Wave Co., Ltd., and Bang Eun-ah, CEO of M.E., Co., Ltd., have been appointed as Top Leaders, a high-value donor group of Holt Children’s Services. Top Leaders is a group of major donors who contribute to the welfare of neighbors in need through various activities such as donations and volunteering. Holt Children’s Services has appointed a total of 76 members as Top Leaders to date.
The couple, Im Il-seok and Bang Eun-ah, have achieved cumulative donations of 100 million KRW and have supported a total of 47 children to grow healthily and achieve their dreams since starting sponsorship of two domestic sponsored children in 2016. CEO Bang Eun-ah, continuing the wishes of her parents who bequeathed educational expenses to children and youth in need, donated 50 million KRW in 2022 to the “Dream Plus” integrated support project for university life, which supports young adults preparing for independence who entered university.
D-Wave Co., Ltd., a marketing and advertising agency, has been sponsoring domestic children through Holt Children’s Services since 2016 when new clients began to increase. M.E., Co., Ltd., a beauty and body care specialist company, has contributed goods worth a total of 288 million KRW since 2021 to support young adults preparing for independence, single-parent families, and domestic sponsored children, helping to prevent infectious diseases and support hygiene. The couple, Im Il-seok and Bang Eun-ah, said, “We believe that sharing the love we have received is a virtuous cycle of giving,” and added, “We hope that those who have received help through Holt Children’s Services will become the light and salt of the world, spreading the value of love.”
Shin Mi-sook, president of Holt Children’s Services, said, “Despite the economic downturn, the kind influence of CEOs Im Il-seok and Bang Eun-ah, who consistently convey warm hearts to children and families in need of help and support, serves as a role model for many people,” and added, “We will strive even harder to practice the value of sharing in accordance with the wishes of the two members.”
