Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, received the Grand Prize at the 16th Gwangju-Jeonnam Local Government Management Awards on the 27th. Innovative policies such as the “On-site Listening Mayor’s Office,” the world’s first grassroots citizen-participatory social dialogue, and the “1313 Neighbor Care” project were highly praised.
