This agreement aims to strengthen customized investment and network support so that Korean companies can successfully establish themselves in overseas markets. Through this agreement, GDIN will provide networks and consulting for companies' global expansion, while Mercaba Partners will assist sustainable growth through investment and corporate governance consulting.

Additionally, they plan to actively support Korean companies in gaining competitiveness on the global stage by pioneering sales channels and connecting with investors in overseas markets.

Mercaba Partners is a Korean private equity investment firm that values building an investment ecosystem for sustainable corporate growth beyond mere investment returns. Based on the philosophy of "the most harmonious and balanced investment without greed," it focuses on mid- to long-term corporate value creation.

After investment, Mercaba Partners provides tailored support throughout the entire process, including overseas expansion, securing sales channels, raw material procurement support, governance improvement, and the final exit (investment recovery). To this end, Mercaba Partners collaborates with global consulting and accounting firms, research institutes and universities, and key industry partners to provide multifaceted support necessary for corporate growth.

In particular, it adopts an investment strategy reflecting ESG (environmental, social responsibility, and governance improvement) management principles and helps companies build sustainable growth models in line with global green investment trends.

The Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN) is a non-profit organization that supports Korean companies' entry into the global market and promotes economic development through digital innovation. GDIN provides support such as network building, customized consulting, and overseas localization strategy establishment to help companies settle in global markets.

It focuses on digital transformation and international investment attraction as core strategies and maintains close cooperation with global institutions and investors to ensure stable growth of Korean companies in overseas markets.

GDIN leads the establishment of strategic partnerships for corporate global market expansion, provides overseas networks, and connects investors, offering optimal support to companies seeking to pioneer overseas sales channels.

Kim Jong-gap, CEO of GDIN, stated, “For Korean companies to gain competitiveness in the global market, it is essential not only to enter overseas markets but also to implement localization strategies and build customized networks,” adding, “GDIN operates various programs to help companies adapt to overseas markets.”

He emphasized, "When GDIN's global network and Mercaba Partners' investment capabilities are combined, companies' overseas market entry and growth will become smoother."

Ryu Kwang-won, CEO of Mercaba Partners, said, “Building on this agreement, we will continue close cooperation with GDIN to establish a comprehensive growth support model combining investment and networks,” and added, "Mercaba Partners will continue to provide optimal investment and consulting solutions to help innovative Korean companies gain competitiveness in the global market."
