On the 27th, Malatang specialty brands Solim Mala and Xinlongfu Malatang, operated by GNZ Universe, announced a collaborative marketing campaign with the premium distilled soju brand 'Wonsoju.'
Through this collaboration, the two brands aim to maximize synergy with Wonsoju and introduce collaborative menu items to offer consumers differentiated mala dishes.
Wonsoju, a premium distilled soju brand, was launched in 2022 by One Spirits, led by global artist Jay Park. With its modern design and innovative brand strategy, Wonsoju brought a fresh breeze to the industry and sold over one million bottles within six months of its release, gaining explosive popularity.
Xinlongfu Malatang, operated by GNZ Universe (CEO Kang Ye), is present in major department stores across Korea. It offers a deep and rich mala soup flavor by using fresh ingredients and authentic Sichuan recipes.
Solim Mala, operated by GC Company Global (CEO Kang Ye), allows customers to easily and quickly enjoy the true taste of mala at home through nationwide road shops and delivery stores. It is also establishing itself as a global brand by expanding franchises overseas.
Through this collaboration, customers using the two brands are expected to experience new mala dishes that perfectly harmonize with Wonsoju.
