'Sosangongin365' User Surge... Over 90% Willing to Reuse

The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 27th that ‘Sosangongin365’ has recorded high usage rates and continues to show steady growth since its official launch.

Sosangongin365 is a platform that has been upgraded from the ‘Commercial Area Information System’ which operated for 18 years. It was newly established to assist prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners in making data-driven decisions by providing new services through the acquisition of public and private data.

According to the Small Enterprise and Market Service, the number of uses of Sosangongin365 from December last year to January this year, following its pilot operation last year, totaled 1,464,000, which is approximately 2.4 times higher compared to the average for the same months over the past two years.

Looking at the utilization rates by major services, ▲Big Data Commercial Area Analysis (46.5%) ▲Commercial Area and Market Hot Trends (30.3%) ▲Policy Information All Guide (19.4%) showed high utilization rates, and the user satisfaction survey revealed that over 90% of users intended to reuse the service, indicating a positive response.

Going forward, the Small Enterprise and Market Service plans to strengthen customized entrepreneurship and management education through public-private collaboration and provide AI technology-based interactive commercial area information to support small business owners in prepared entrepreneurship and sustainable management based on data.
