Previously, on the 22nd, Gwangsan-gu gathered citizens' opinions and shared the status of the Green Paper's creation during the 5th Social Dialogue for Discovering Sustainable Job Agendas.

The Green Paper is a report containing citizens' questions and policy agendas. Since last year, Gwangsan-gu has collected 1,436 questions through social dialogues and discussion forums with citizen and worker participation. Among these, 18 key questions have been selected, and the Green Paper is scheduled to be published in March.

During the 5th dialogue, participants exchanged opinions focusing on the main questions and discussed priorities by sector, including manufacturing, public service, private service, and village jobs. After the Green Paper is published, from April, a "Sustainable Jobs Council" will be formed to continue the social dialogue. In addition, a citizen-participatory White Paper will be published in August, and from September, each department will establish business plans and budget measures to launch pilot projects starting in January next year.

Park Byungkyu, the head of Gwangsan-gu, stated, "We will further accelerate the realization of democracy by asking citizens about the many problems and crises facing our society and solving them together with citizens."
