Woori Bank, recognized as a model company for family-friendly systems, is striving to create a corporate culture that supports work-life balance through various policies such as △ parental and family care leave system △ reemployment conditional parental retirement system △ flexible working hours related to pregnancy and care. As a result, it has been selected as a family-friendly certified company by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for five consecutive times.
Meanwhile, starting from the 21st, Woori Bank also introduced preferential items for multi-child families in mortgage loans to address the low birthrate issue and alleviate the burden on actual borrowers.
