Suncheon Booyoung CC is a golf course loved by golfers. It is operated by the Booyoung Group. Ranking 4th in the number of golf courses owned domestically after Golfzon County, Samsung Group, and Shinan Group, it owns a total of 6 golf courses (126 holes), including Suncheon Booyoung CC, Jeju Booyoung, and Muju Deogyusan.


Located in the city, it boasts excellent accessibility. The impressively wide fairways stand out. Additionally, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Suncheon Bay, making it an ideal golf travel destination. With abundant attractions and food, it is considered one of the best golf travel spots.

◆EnjoyGO= Suncheon Booyoung CC is located in the Shindae-ri area, Haeryong-myeon, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do. Covering a total area of 842,238㎡ (approximately 254,777 pyeong), it is a public golf course with 18 holes and a course length of 6,587m, designed by Kim Hak-young, a representative golf course designer in Korea. The course is characterized by its nature-friendly design, welcoming golfers with various trees, bunkers, and hazards.

The fairways use Korean-type grass that softly contacts the club and stably supports the ball. It consists of the Ujeong Course (9 holes, par 36, 3,219m) and the Sarang Course (9 holes, par 36, 3,368m). The Ujeong Course harmonizes lakes and holes, evoking a natural sensibility. In contrast, the Sarang Course offers a spectacular open view of Yulchon Bay and includes some challenging holes that stimulate amateur golfers' desire to take on a challenge.

Various events for golfers are held, and it also features reasonable green fees and a spacious practice range. The practice range spans one basement floor and two above-ground floors, providing a total of 76 bays (38 bays per floor), including left-handed bays for left-handed golfers. With a real distance of 190m and 230m when considering uphill, it has the longest fairway in Suncheon. Additionally, 1,430 personal lockers and shower rooms are fully equipped.

At the restaurant, you can enjoy high-quality dishes prepared by professional chefs while looking out over the beautiful greens through large windows. A variety of menus using fresh natural ingredients are offered. The hangover soup served for breakfast is also a delicacy.


There is also a banquet hall for business meetings, and seminars can be held depending on the scale. The sauna, utilizing mineral-rich underground water, is a popular healing space where visitors can relieve fatigue and relax.

Accommodation is convenient as well. Suncheon Booyoung Hotel is located within Suncheon Booyoung CC. This hotel, with excellent views of the golf course, spans from one basement floor to four above-ground floors and has a total of 82 rooms, including 12-pyeong (34 rooms), 14-pyeong (36 rooms), 25-pyeong (6 rooms), and 29-pyeong (6 rooms). It operates year-round without holidays.

◆SeeGO= Near Suncheon Booyoung CC, there are various attractions, making it great for enjoying travel along with golf. Suncheonman National Garden was designated as Korea's first national garden in 2015 and features a variety of gardens harmoniously combined. It attracts over 5 million visitors annually and includes diverse themed gardens ranging from traditional gardens to the lake garden designed by world-renowned landscape architect Charles Jencks. It is closed on the last Monday of every month.

Suncheonman Bay Wetland is a globally recognized coastal wetland. It was designated as a wetland protection area in 2003, registered under the Ramsar Convention in 2006, and designated as a nationally designated natural heritage scenic site in 2008. Located between the Goheung Peninsula and Yeosu Peninsula on the southern coast of Jeollanam-do, it is home to over 230 species of migratory birds. In winter, rare migratory birds such as the hooded crane, white-naped crane, yellow-billed stork, whooper swan, and black-headed ibis can be observed.

Songgwangsa Temple is one of Korea's three major temples and a historic temple that produced 16 national monks. It features a magnificent bamboo forest, cedar, and cypress trees, and preserves over 6,000 Buddhist cultural assets designated as national treasures and treasures. Visitors can experience healing in a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by nature.
