HanmiGlobal Recruiting Digital PM Trainees... Full Government Funding Provided

HanmiGlobal, the No. 1 construction project management (PM) company in Korea, announced on the 17th that it is recruiting students for the 3rd session of the 'GPMU Bootcamp' to cultivate practical talents in digital convergence construction management. The application deadline is the 24th.

The 'GPMU Bootcamp,' part of the 'Advanced and Digital Leading Companies Academy' course under the KDT (K-Digital Training) program led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is fully funded by the government. Anyone with a National Tomorrow Learning Card can apply.

The training will run for 15 weeks from July 14 to July 3. It is a total of 600 hours, held Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day, at Kolon Science Valley in Guro-gu, Seoul. Current HanmiGlobal experts will provide project-based practical education.

The core training content is 'Pre-construction (Pre-con).' It is a systematic management technique covering all pre-construction processes from the early stages of a construction project, including design, purchasing/procurement, and ordering. Over 90% of project completeness and costs are determined at this stage. Recently, demand has increased in advanced industry projects such as semiconductor factories and in the Off-Site Construction (OSC) field.

Trainees learn pre-construction theory using digital tools and practice by applying actual project cases. Those who meet certain requirements receive training incentives. Outstanding graduates also receive exemption from document screening when applying for new employee recruitment at HanmiGlobal.

HanmiGlobal plans to operate the 'GPMU Bootcamp' up to the 8th session, including this 3rd session. Applications can be made on the official GPMU Bootcamp website.
