By introducing generative AI services, the bank plans to improve employee work capabilities and customer experience through AI-based document management, knowledge information search services, creation of customized marketing phrases via big data analysis, and policy fund support recommendations for corporate clients.
A Nonghyup Bank official stated, “We will gradually expand the generative AI platform and link it to various tasks to provide better financial services to our customers.”
