Hanmi Semiconductor announced on the 12th that it will implement the largest dividend in its history.
For the 2024 fiscal year, Hanmi Semiconductor will pay a cash dividend of 720 KRW per share, totaling 68.3 billion KRW. This exceeds the total dividend amount of 40.5 billion KRW and 420 KRW per share in 2023.
A Hanmi Semiconductor representative stated, "Starting with the announcement of the largest dividend in the company's history, we will continue to expand our dividend payout ratio" and added, "We will make further efforts to return value to shareholders and enhance corporate value."
According to the amendment of the articles of incorporation in March 2023, Hanmi Semiconductor set the dividend record date as March 7 every year. Shareholders who wish to receive dividends must hold Hanmi Semiconductor
shares by the 7th of the following month.
