In the field of reading and humanities education, the "Kim Daejung Reading Classroom" and "Youth Writers Classroom" will be expanded, inspired by author Han Kang's Nobel Prize in Literature. To practice symbiotic values, "Jeonnam Righteousness Education" will be strengthened, with a focus on constitutional education and enhancing ecological citizenship competencies.

Regarding the creation of a multicultural educational environment, a glocal education center focused on bilingual education will be operated, and for the first time nationwide, elementary school teachers will be appointed through a multicultural talent selection process. There are also plans to open Jeonnam International Vocational High School in 2026.

The "2030 Classroom" initiative aims to create a digital-based, future-oriented educational environment, with 125 classrooms to be established as a priority this year. In addition, the Jeonnam Student Education Allowance will be expanded to provide 100,000 KRW per month to all elementary students, with plans to further expand it to all students in Jeonnam in the future.

Superintendent Kim stated, "The need for a major transformation in education, which is being discussed as a national and generational issue, aligns with the core values of the 'Jeonnam Education Transformation' being promoted by the Provincial Office of Education," and added, "Jeonnam education is future education itself, and with pride as a leader of K-Edu, we will proactively implement educational policies."
