According to the Danish Prime Minister's Office, on this day, Prime Minister Frederiksen is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Keir Starmer in London to discuss 'European security.'

Recently, Prime Minister Frederiksen visited Germany and France to secure allied support regarding the Greenland issue. The day before, she raised the matter at an informal European Union (EU) summit held in Brussels, Belgium.

In response, the EU expressed full support for Denmark, stating, "It is important for all member states to uphold the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty, and inviolability of borders of the Kingdom of Denmark."

However, the United States continues to insist on incorporation. On the 2nd, J.D. Vance, the U.S. Vice President and a close aide to President Trump, appeared on Fox News and said, "President Trump does not care about Europeans yelling at us," adding, "Greenland is absolutely necessary for security."
