FSN "Boosters Complete Total Investment of 10.4 Billion Won.."

Boosters not only set record-high sales and operating profits last year but also succeeded in attracting large-scale investments with a post-valuation exceeding 100 billion KRW, just five years after fully launching its business.

Last month, Boosters completed investment rounds with Hana Ventures and SmartStudy Ventures, and recently secured additional investments from IBK Venture Capital, Kolon Investment, and A Ventures. This successfully concluded the current investment round. Despite the downturn in the investment market, Boosters has secured a total of 10.4 billion KRW in new funds.

Boosters has rapidly grown by stably establishing a business model that fosters mutual growth with partner brands through its advertising marketing capabilities. Marketing activities involve joint investments by Boosters and partner brands, and the results are transparently shared in proportion to their contributions. If mutual trust and synergy are maximized after the partnership, this often leads to equity or capital investments.

Last year, Boosters achieved an earnings surprise by setting record-high sales and operating profits. For 2024, Boosters’ annual performance is estimated, based on preliminary financial statements, to reach approximately 105.6 billion KRW in sales and about 14.8 billion KRW in operating profit. Compared to the previous record set in 2023, sales and operating profits are expected to grow by more than 78% and 348%, respectively. Boosters aims to break its own records again in 2025.

Additionally, the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI), which showed significant results last year, is expected to be further maximized. Early last year, Boosters launched the ultra-efficient advertising creative service platform 'Crex.ai' and the AI chatbot service ‘Creling.’ Crex supports the entire advertising process with AI, while Creling, a KakaoTalk-based AI chatbot service, analyzes user trends and learns frequently used terms and grammar to generate consumer-friendly AI creatives, maximizing efficiency for partner brands.

Seo Jeonggyo, CEO of Boosters, expressed gratitude to investors who believed in Boosters’ competitiveness despite the overall economic situation and the contraction of the investment market. He stated, "We will do our best to continue growing as a company that provides real support to small and medium startup brands facing marketing challenges, while maintaining growth potential and competitiveness."
