Regarding the opinion that President Yoon should voluntarily appear, Na said, "Why would he go to the CIO, which has no legal investigative authority, to be questioned?" and expressed reluctance about voluntary attendance by stating, "I think the investigation methods, questioning methods, and locations can be conducted in various places." About visiting the presidential residence, she said, "During the execution of the first arrest warrant, I clearly went to state that this violates the Constitution and the rule of law," and added, "If the arrest warrant is again enforced forcibly and leads to a clash, we are also considering various options." Specifically, regarding future actions, Na said, "There are ways to protest and various other measures," and "There may also be legal actions." She further stated, "Moreover, aren't even lawmakers being unfairly pressured and threatened now?" and "So we will discuss further how to respond."

Additionally, Na asserted, "The CIO does not have investigative authority over the president's treason charge, and the authority to investigate treason lies with the National Police Agency," and "According to the CIO Act, the warrant should be issued by the Central District Court, but it was issued by the Western District Court. Therefore, it is an illegal warrant without authority, and because it is based on illegal authority, this warrant should not be executed." Finally, she expressed her position by saying, "Various illegal, unlawful, and illicit acts ultimately do not help national unity," and emphasized, "If all citizens do not accept this, I believe this national consensus could be divided."

Earlier, Kim Sang-hoon, the Policy Committee Chair of the People Power Party, stated in a KBS Radio interview on the 9th that about 40 party members gathered in front of the presidential residence to block the execution of the arrest warrant, saying, "It would be better to seriously consider and form a united front to overcome the unstable political situation." Meanwhile, on the 13th, Lee Ho-young, acting commissioner of the National Police Agency, stated during a National Assembly Public Administration and Security Committee inquiry with Mo Kyung-jong of the Democratic Party of Korea that lawmakers obstructing the execution of President Yoon's arrest warrant could be arrested as caught in the act. The joint investigation headquarters, composed of the CIO and the police, received the second arrest warrant for President Yoon from the court on the 7th.
