Hair Loss Shampoo 'Gravity' Expands Overseas Through CES 2025

Startup Polyphenol Factory announced on the 8th that it showcased its hair loss care brand 'Gravity' on the global stage through the world's largest consumer electronics and information technology exhibition, 'CES 2025.'


Gravity is a hair loss shampoo based on technology from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Since its launch in April last year, it has been sold out for eight consecutive months through major domestic distribution channels. The cumulative sales volume has surpassed 430,000 bottles.


A representative from Polyphenol Factory explained, "At CES 2025, Gravity made its debut as a beauty tech brand combining advanced technology and beauty," adding, "It attracted a lot of attention from visitors."


They continued, "Gravity's core technology, 'LiftMax 308™,' received high praise from visitors," adding, "It protects damaged hair cuticles and forms a strong protective barrier, providing immediate effects."


The Gravity booth was visited by more than 8,000 attendees on the first day of CES 2025 alone. Polyphenol Factory conducted real-time demos and sampling events so visitors could directly experience the effects of LiftMax. The quantity prepared on the first day of the exhibition was so popular that it sold out. By unveiling an export product lineup aimed at Gravity's overseas expansion, it attracted interest from international buyers.


Professor Lee Haesin of KAIST and CEO of Polyphenol Factory said, "Based on its success in the domestic market, Gravity fired the starting shot for overseas expansion through CES 2025," adding, "CES 2025 became an important opportunity to introduce Korea's innovative beauty tech to the world."


Next month, Gravity will be launched through Amazon in the United States. The company plans to expand actively into the North American and European markets.
