HS Hwaseong announced on the 7th that it has secured the small-scale reconstruction project for Jeokseong Apartment in Bakdal-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, as well as the street housing maintenance project in Anyang-dong, Manan-gu.

HS Hwaseong will carry out the Jeokseong Apartment reconstruction project with 3 buildings, 24 floors, and a total of 192 households. This area is rich in living infrastructure such as Bakdal Knowledge and Industrial Complex, Anyangcheon Stream walking trail, Bakdal Market, and the Wolgot~Pangyo double-track railway.

The Anyang-dong street housing maintenance project will be promoted with 2 buildings, 20 floors, and a total of 227 households. This location offers excellent transportation convenience with Seoksu IC and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway nearby. It is also close to cultural facilities such as Anyang Art Park.
