Honam University Department of Clinical Laboratory Science (Department Head Jang Yuji) announced on the 26th that all 22 students expected to graduate in 2025 have passed the 52nd National Examination for Clinical Laboratory Technologists.

The Department of Clinical Laboratory Science at Honam University, established in 2021, will produce its first graduates in February next year. The fact that all students expected to graduate have passed the national examination on their first attempt is a remarkable achievement, and it carries even greater significance as it demonstrates the department's ability to overcome the challenges faced by new programs through a high academic standard and a practice-oriented curriculum.

Professor Jang Yuji, head of the Department of Clinical Laboratory Science, stated, "This achievement is the result of the faculty's lectures and practical training reflecting the latest medical technologies and trends in the clinical laboratory field, combined with the students' active learning and passion." She added, "Based on this accomplishment, we will focus on nurturing talent that is recognized not only in Korea but also in the global medical field."
