Chosun University Hospital Holds Exhibition of Outstanding Customer Service Cases Chosun University Hospital (Director Jinho Kim) will hold an exhibition of excellent customer service cases of 2024 in the lobby on the first floor of Building 2 until January 3 next year. Chosun University Hospital (Director Kim Jin-ho) announced on the 26th that it will hold the 2024 'Outstanding Kindness Cases Exhibition' for Customer Voices in the lobby on the first floor of Building 2 until January 3 next year.


This exhibition, hosted by the Customer Satisfaction Team, was organized to share customer compliments and touching stories with staff and patients, and to establish a culture of kindness throughout the hospital.


The exhibition features ten outstanding cases of kindness, selected from among the customer compliments submitted throughout this year via the suggestion box, website, and phone calls.


Director Kim Jin-ho stated, "Chosun University Hospital will continue to focus on and pay close attention to the voices of our customers, including both compliments and inconveniences received through Customer Voices."
