The Constitutional Court announced on the 23rd that it sent the documents related to the impeachment trial of President Yoon Seok-yeol on the 19th, and that the delivery is considered to have been completed by dispatch delivery.

Cheon Jae-hyun, Deputy Public Relations Officer of the Constitutional Court, stated, "According to Supreme Court precedent 98Mo54, dispatch delivery occurs when the litigation documents reach the place to be delivered, so the effect of delivery occurs even if the documents are not actually received."

Accordingly, the Constitutional Court announced that it plans to proceed with the preparatory hearing scheduled for the 27th as planned.
