HDC Hyunsan, Organizational Restructuring for Advanced Construction Systems
HDC Group announced on the 16th that it has carried out its regular executive personnel appointments for 2025. To advance the construction system and strengthen development project capabilities, the group reorganized its affiliate organizations and promoted next-generation leaders to achieve a generational shift.

HDC Group appointed Lee Ji-ho as CEO of Seoul-Chuncheon Expressway and Kim Sang-gyun as Acting CEO of HDC Hyundai PCE. CEO Lee joined Hyundai Development Company in 2004 and was responsible for the public works of the Chungju Dream Park site development project. Acting CEO Kim handled projects such as the Jamsil Jinju Reconstruction Project and worked in the technical sales team at HDC Hyundai PCE. HDC Group appointed next-generation leaders born in the 1980s not only as affiliate CEOs but also as division heads and team leaders at affiliates including HDC Hyundai Development Company.

HDC Hyundai Development Company also carried out personnel appointments and organizational restructuring to strengthen construction technology competitiveness and promote new businesses. Jo Ki-hoon was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Management Headquarters, Min Sung-woo as Head of Architecture Headquarters, Kim Young-han as Head of Infrastructure Headquarters, and Kang Min-seok as Head of Corporate Culture Innovation Office.
Organizational restructuring was also implemented at HDC Hyundai Development Company to innovate the construction system. The existing Construction Headquarters was renamed Architecture Headquarters, and a new Technology Team was established. The newly established Infrastructure Headquarters will promote new businesses such as the data industry and infrastructure development projects. Within the CSO (Chief Safety Officer) organization, a Technical Safety Team and Quality Team were also formed.
With this organizational restructuring, HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to successfully promote various development projects including the Seoul One and Yongsan Hospital sites through organic collaboration and horizontal communication among the Architecture Headquarters, Infrastructure Headquarters, and Development Headquarters, while creating construction system innovation by integrating the advanced DXT (Digital Transformation Team).
