Icheon-si to Hold 'Job Matching Day' Event on 19th at Government Building Communication Plaza

138 Hires from 21 Participating Small and Medium Enterprises

Gyeonggi-do Icheon City will hold a 'Job Matching Day' event on the 19th at the Communication Plaza (Main Conference Room) on the first floor of City Hall. At this year's final 'Job Matching Day' event, 21 small and medium-sized enterprises will participate and plan to hire 138 people.

The event will provide job seekers with employment-related information and offer on-site interview opportunities between job seekers and hiring companies. Job seekers who wish to participate should bring their resumes and self-introduction letters on the day of the event and attend interviews at the companies where they hope to work.

The city holds the Job Matching Day event on the 19th of every even-numbered month to alleviate manpower shortages in small and medium-sized enterprises and employment difficulties for job seekers, and conducts small-scale recruitment events in towns, townships, and neighborhoods in odd-numbered months.

Separately from the event, the city supports recruitment and job-seeking activities through the Icheon City Job Center and job counselors at the administrative welfare centers in towns, townships, and neighborhoods by providing ongoing interview accompaniment and other services for companies and job seekers.
