This campaign, conducted for about 500 Shinhan University students and staff, was carried out in a young and creative way through active cooperation with the Shinhan University Health Care Center.

An AIDS prevention booth was set up on campus, promotional materials were distributed, and information was provided on anonymous free testing methods through the public health center and proper condom use. In particular, the focus was on dispelling prejudice against AIDS and delivering accurate knowledge.

AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) is a disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) attacking the immune system. Even if infected with HIV, with appropriate treatment and management, individuals can lead healthy lives, and early diagnosis and treatment can effectively prevent the transmission of the virus.

Director Jang Yeon-guk said, "I hope this campaign conducted on World AIDS Day served as an opportunity for local residents and young people to correctly understand AIDS and actively participate in its prevention," adding, "We will continue to take the lead in creating a healthy local community by cooperating continuously with various organizations, including Shinhan University."
