It has conducted over 1,200 customized consultations annually for tax consulting related to business succession and held tax-saving seminars on stock compensation programs for employees of foreign companies. To enhance customer satisfaction, it hosted one-on-one seminars on U.S. real estate and published an inheritance theme book for real estate and legal consulting.
Additionally, to strengthen risk management, it established management standards for WM customer assets. Following KB Financial Group's risk guidelines, the top priority is the stable supply of financial investment products. It is evaluated to have a systematic asset management system that secures a risk management framework, providing optimal products, improving returns, and minimizing risks to customer assets.
