15m High, 7m Wide Illuminated Until January 17 Next Year

Daejeon City held a Christmas tree lighting ceremony at the south gate plaza of City Hall on the evening of the 29th, wishing citizens a warm Christmas and holiday season.

Lee Jangwoo, Mayor of Daejeon, said, "I hope everyone enjoys a warm winter filled with love and sharing," and added, "I wish the lights of the Christmas tree will guide us on the path to becoming a first-class city."

The Christmas tree lit up that day stands 15 meters tall and 7 meters wide, and will remain illuminated until January 17 next year.
