[Profile] Kim Dong-ha, New CEO of Lotte Duty Free in 'Emergency Management'

Lotte Group announced on the 28th that it conducted its regular executive personnel reshuffle, promoting Kim Dong-ha, Senior Executive Director and Head of Corporate Culture Team at Lotte Holdings HR Innovation Office, to Executive Director and appointing him as the CEO of Lotte Duty Free.

Newly appointed CEO Kim Dong-ha joined Lotte Wellfood (formerly Lotte Confectionery) in 1997 and has held various positions including Improvement Office at Lotte Policy Headquarters, Head of Strategic Innovation Division at Lotte Super, Head of Fresh Food Division, Head of Management Support Division, and Head of Planning Support Division.

Since 2022, he has served as Head of Corporate Culture Team and concurrently as Head of Business Support Team at Lotte Holdings, overseeing labor and productivity management for Lotte Group.

Lotte Group explained, "Executive Director Kim is regarded as the ideal candidate to strongly reform the business and organization of Lotte Duty Free, which declared an emergency management system in June this year, based on his deep understanding of the distribution industry and strong driving force."
