The Republic of Korea Air Force 1st Missile Defense Brigade (hereinafter 1st Brigade) units 2970 and 8135 conducted a mobile defense exercise with the determination to shoot down North Korean missile threats to the very end.

Units 2970 and 8135 under the 1st Brigade received operational orders, mobilized, and commenced operations after arriving at a nearby naval base serving as a tactical position. The equipment participating in the exercise included battalion operation control centers, battery engagement control centers, radars, launchers, guided missiles, satellite equipment, and more, swiftly establishing a response posture against various aerial threat means.

The air defense training conducted after the start of operations realistically simulated responses to virtual enemy aerial targets such as ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
