This agreement was established to actively respond to Changwon City's population increase policies and to proactively address social and economic issues caused by low birth rates.


The main contents of the agreement include ▲discovering local issues related to marriage, childbirth, and child-rearing and promoting joint projects ▲personnel exchange, consultation, and development of family-friendly specialized policies ▲sharing and utilizing policy data to respond to low birth rates and population decline.


In particular, the three organizations explained that through this agreement, they plan to jointly promote various policy support measures to foster a childbirth-friendly atmosphere within the local community.


The heads of these three organizations pledged, “We will take the lead in overcoming the local community’s low birth rate crisis by actively exchanging ideas and seeking more diverse support measures.”
