On November 23 at 5 PM, the Boys and Girls Choir will present their regular concert "Together Drawing HARMONY" at Sowol Art Hall... Following the main performance in three parts, a special stage featuring percussion and the Tehila Dance Project locking group will enrich the event
Seongdong-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jeong Won-oh) will hold the "19th Seongdong-gu Children's Choir Regular Concert" at 5 p.m. on November 23 at Sowol Art Hall.
The Seongdong-gu Children's Choir, established in 2001 as Seongdong-gu's representative cultural ambassador to enhance the culture of Seongdong residents and develop local cultural arts, will be conducted by conductor Hwang Ju-yeon with piano accompaniment by accompanist Shim Tae-yeon for this regular concert.
This year's regular concert will open with the first piece "Enter With Song" under the subtitle "Harmony Drawn Together."
In the first part, pure tones and beautiful harmonies will be showcased with songs such as "Wade in the Water" and "Wind." The second part will feature songs like "Sing Alleluia Clap Your Hands" and "Jabula Jesu," and the third part will offer healing and emotion on a deep autumn night with the choir's clear tones through songs like "It Will Be All Right" and "Where the Wind Blows."
Additionally, the special stage will be enriched by Yang Seong-jun's percussion performance and the "Tehila Dance Project Locking Group," a project team based on contemporary dance encompassing pure dance art and street dance performances.
Jeong Won-oh, Mayor of Seongdong-gu, said, "I hope the Seongdong-gu Children's Choir will fully demonstrate the skills they have honed over the past year at this regular concert," and added, "With various stages prepared, I wish for a rich time filled with joy and emotion for the residents."
