One netizen uploaded a photo showing the part of the packaging box with the website address and a screenshot of the notice stating "Only for ages 18 and above." Another netizen commented, "I experienced the same," and criticized, "How can a company selling toys to children make such a mistake?"

In response to the news, Mattel quickly halted the sale of the dolls that day. In a statement, they confirmed, "We have identified incorrect printing on the packaging boxes of dolls mainly sold in the United States." They added, "The intention was to direct customers to the official movie website, but we deeply regret the mistake that occurred. We will take immediate action to resolve this." Mattel also requested consumers who purchased the dolls to dispose of the boxes immediately.
