Kookmin University announced on the 6th that students and officials from Ko?ice Technical University, Slovak University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology, and Opole University of Technology in Eastern Europe visited Kookmin University's College of Automotive Convergence.

This visit was arranged as part of the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea's Advanced Field Innovation Convergence University Project, aiming to form joint teams with overseas universities through the Global Capstone Design course to carry out prototype development projects.
Since last year, six students from Kookmin University have participated in the Global Capstone Design overseas workshops, strengthening cooperation with Eastern European universities. On the 31st, Kookmin University and Ko?ice Technical University signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on nurturing talent in the future automotive sector and supporting innovative companies.
Shin Seonghwan, Dean of Kookmin University's College of Automotive Convergence and Head of the Future Automotive Business Group, stated, "Through this event, we will strengthen cooperative relationships with excellent European universities and explore various collaboration methods such as student exchange programs. We expect this to be an important opportunity to provide students with global experience alongside the development of the automotive field."
