"Hive Issues Statement Over Concerns of Potential Misuse"
Min Hee-jin, former CEO of ADOR, denied rumors surrounding her regarding investment attraction and contracts with other companies, stating that they are not true.
On the afternoon of the 5th, Min released a statement saying, "Recently, baseless rumors have been circulating, and due to inquiries, I reluctantly express my position." She added, "Among various rumors, I heard that stories such as 'I have decided to receive investment from someone' or 'I have decided to sign a contract with someone' are spreading mainly within the investment industry. I also heard that specific company names are being mentioned, but I clearly state that none of this is true."

Min further clarified, "I also confirm that I have not contacted or exchanged opinions with any companies other than those mentioned." She emphasized, "I want to make my position clear to completely block these baseless rumors, fearing that innocent victims might arise or that HYBE might be exploited as another source of controversy, so I hope there will be no misunderstandings."
Earlier, on the 29th of last month, Min appeared on the YouTube channel "School of Music" hosted by music critic Kim Young-dae, where she said, "I never tried to leave the company as they (HYBE) claim." She also expressed her frustration, saying, "I keep suffering from strange framing and being falsely accused."
She also confessed, "I was followed recently, and a taxi driver informed me." She explained, "A car was tailing me very closely. I thought it was strange, so the driver took a strange route, but the car still followed. I got out, took photos, noted the license plate, and immediately reported it to the police." Min added, "I have also received death threats," and said, "I don't think I am destined to die."
Meanwhile, in September, Min filed an injunction with the court to be reinstated as CEO of ADOR, but the court dismissed it on the 29th of last month. The following day, at the ADOR board meeting, the agenda to reinstate her as CEO was rejected.
