At the time, Mr. B, who was leaving his house to play early morning soccer, witnessed the scene and reported to the police that "someone was burying something in the flowerbed."
Police officers who arrived at the scene searched the apartment complex and arrested Mr. A on the spot at 7:15 a.m. as he was wandering near the flowerbed.
