Located at 707-1 Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, Deokgye Station Hanshin The Hue Forest will be built with 724 households in total, ranging from 4 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 75 and 84㎡. The number of general sale units by type is ▲75㎡ 68 units ▲84㎡A 462 units ▲84㎡B 194 units. Hanshin Engineering is in charge of construction.

Special supply applications will start on the 4th of next month, followed by first priority on the 5th and second priority on the 6th. Winners will be announced on the 13th of the same month, and contracts will be signed over three days from the 25th to the 27th.

Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, where Deokgye Station Hanshin The Hue Forest is located, is a non-regulated area. Residents aged 19 or older living in the metropolitan area who have held a subscription savings account for more than 12 months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area can apply for first priority regardless of home ownership status, whether as head of household or household member. Additionally, resale of the pre-sale rights is freely allowed six months after the announcement of winners, and there are no residency obligation periods or restrictions on re-winning. Furthermore, interest-free installment benefits reduce the burden of purchasing a home.

Eight Specialized Walking Trails Within the Complex

Deokgye Station Hanshin The Hue Forest plans to create a complex befitting the ‘Hanshin The Hue’ brand. Over 1 km of eight specialized walking trails will be established, allowing residents to enjoy nature throughout the four seasons and experience a forest-zone healing lifestyle within the complex. The walking trails within the complex connect to the Doraksan Mountain hiking trails, providing a pleasant natural environment.

The interior design also stands out. The complex is mainly oriented southward, which is advantageous for lighting and views. It features a layout primarily of 4-bay slab-type cross-ventilation structures, which are highly preferred by buyers, offering a spacious and open feel. The kitchen applies efficient ‘L’ and ‘ㄱ’ shaped layouts with ample storage, and spaces such as dressing rooms, alpha rooms, and entrance storage are provided throughout the home to maximize space utilization.

Various community facilities are also a strength. These include a fitness center, GX room, changing rooms (male and female), screen golf, indoor golf range, small library, reading rooms (male and female), residents’ meeting room, as well as a kids’ zone and care center for children. Parking spaces are generously provided at 1.46 spaces per household.

New Town Infrastructure and Development Benefits

Transportation conditions are excellent. Residents can use Deokgye Station on Subway Line 1, and the metropolitan area express railroad (GTX)-C line, which connects Deokjeong Station to Wangsimni and Samseong Stations in Seoul, is planned to open, allowing convenient transfers. In front of the complex is Pyeonghwa-ro, which connects Uijeongbu to Dobong-gu in Seoul, and accessibility to Seoul is expected to improve further via National Route 3, the planned Seoul-Yangju Expressway, and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway.

The location offers a double living zone, enjoying both abundant old town infrastructure and systematic new town infrastructure. To the northeast of the complex, commercial areas such as marts and outlets are formed.

The educational environment, which reassures parents, is also notable. Deoksan Elementary School and Deokgye Middle School are within walking distance, and the municipal Deokgye Library is also accessible. Most importantly, Jongno M School is located within the complex, allowing resident children to conveniently enjoy specialized educational services. As academies are increasing around Deokgye Station, the complex is expected to be recognized as a school zone complex satisfying both public and private education.

Exclusive Shuttle Bus Service for Residents

Additionally, an exclusive shuttle bus for residents (with detailed routes to be decided by the residents’ council in the future) will operate to further enhance residential convenience. Using the shuttle bus, it takes about 7 minutes to reach Deokgye Station (Line 1), about 10 minutes to Yangju Station (Line 1), and about 12 minutes to Okjeong Station (planned Line 7). A shuttle bus to Deoksan Elementary School is also operated to reduce commuting burdens.

A sales official said, “There are steady inquiries not only from cities around northern Gyeonggi but also from those seeking to ‘escape Seoul’ and purchase homes. Especially, young demand groups such as newlyweds who want to quickly secure a home are showing strong interest. We have made efforts to enhance residents’ convenience through landscaping, educational specialization, and shuttle bus operation on major routes. Given the benefits of the GTX development, we expect the future value to be high and the subscription process to proceed smoothly.”
