Geumyang Designated as Non-Diligent Disclosure Corporation... 10 Penalty Points

The Korea Exchange KOSPI Market Division announced on the 28th that Geumyang has been designated as a non-compliant disclosure corporation and has been imposed with 10 penalty points and a disclosure violation fine of 200 million KRW.

The non-compliant disclosure pertains to false or incorrect disclosure of future business and management plans (fair disclosure) announced on May 10, 2023.

The Korea Exchange stated, "In the future, if penalty points are imposed due to designation as a non-compliant disclosure corporation and the cumulative penalty points within one year from the date of imposition reach 15 or more, it may fall under the criteria for designation as a management item pursuant to Article 47, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 12 of the KOSPI Market Listing Regulations."
