MediaZen Presents Outstanding AI Convergence Cases at Singapore Global Open Innovation Business Briefing

MediaZen announced on the 25th that it presented an excellent case of artificial intelligence (AI) convergence at the Singapore Global Open Innovation Business Briefing.

The briefing was held on the 23rd at EL Tower in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Participating companies had sessions including △Introduction to the global open project 'Singapore Dimension X Program' △Introduction to domestic AI convergence excellent case projects △Networking and Q&A.

The company presented the project 'Inter-Ministerial Collaboration-Based AI Expansion Project (AI Convergence Terms Review Platform Construction),' which is led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, and promoted by the Fair Trade Commission, as an excellent case.

Song Min-kyu, CEO of MediaZen, said, "As unfair terms and conditions increase every year, consumer damage is becoming increasingly serious. Using our AI platform technology, we will precisely review unfair terms and conditions and prepare review reports to prevent consumer damage and alleviate the burden of review work."

MediaZen officially launched its self-developed large language model (LLM) ‘MIRAGE’ in April. Based on MIRAGE, the company is supplying and developing services in the fields of terms review AI platform, AI education platform, and Artificial Intelligence Contact Center (AICC).

In particular, MediaZen’s LLM generates outputs by creating a pool of various language models such as Llama3 and Gemma, rather than relying on a specific language model base. When additional models are released, simply adding them to the internal model pool allows the provision of optimized results tailored to client environments and demands.
