Nuisance Behavior Like Throwing Noodles After Discarding Broth
Fined for Business Interference Charges in Japan as Well
A foreign YouTuber who caused controversy by kissing the 'Statue of Peace' and watching obscene material on the subway has now posted a video spilling ramen broth on a convenience store table and throwing noodles around.

On the 17th, foreign YouTuber Johnny Somali posted a video showing various disruptive behaviors, such as filming inside operating stores on Korean streets without consent and spilling cup noodles in a convenience store.

Somali also attempted to film a woman applying makeup in a cosmetics store without asking for permission. In the convenience store, he played loud music and drank soju. When an employee stopped him, saying drinking inside the store was prohibited, he deliberately spilled some cup noodle broth on the table and threw noodles onto the floor and walls, causing a disturbance.
Previously, this YouTuber posted a video kissing the Statue of Peace in Itaewon, saying, "I support Korea's thoughts. I love Korea," while taking off his shirt and dancing. Although acts of insult and damage to the Statue of Peace have continued nationwide, there is still no legal ordinance to manage or supervise these acts. In August, a bill was proposed in the National Assembly to prohibit the vandalism of memorials honoring 'comfort women' victims, including the Statue of Peace, and to punish violations, but it is currently pending in the standing committee.
He also conducted live broadcasts inside subway cars, pretending by mistake to play obscene material, and was kicked out of a bus for playing North Korean music loudly. It is reported that police were dispatched after he caused a disturbance at an amusement park.

Somali's disruptive behavior is not limited to Korea. He was previously prosecuted for obstructing business while broadcasting in a Japanese restaurant and fined 200,000 yen (approximately 1.83 million KRW). Last June, he played obscene material on a subway in Japan and played music with lyrics about the 'atomic bomb' at Tokyo Disneyland, committing inappropriate acts across East Asia and posting videos of them.
