Regional Center 20 People... "Providing Opportunities to Learn Survival Swimming"

Gwangju Urban Corporation announced on the 18th that it will conduct 'free swimming lessons' for vulnerable children six times from the 19th of this month to the 16th of next month.
The free lessons will be held at Yeomju Indoor Swimming Pool in Seo-gu, Gwangju, with 20 children from Seogwang Regional Children's Center and Chamsarang Regional Children's Center participating.
Yeomju Indoor Swimming Pool will provide water safety accident prevention education and basic swimming lessons, aiming to improve children's physical strength and acquire survival swimming skills. The necessary supplies for the lessons will be supported by Gwangju Urban Corporation.
Kim Seungnam, president of Gwangju Urban Corporation, said, "We will continue to provide opportunities for children to experience swimming and support them to grow safely and healthily."
