Korea Real Estate Board Recruiting 40 Students for 'Real Estate Development Professional Training'

The Korea Real Estate Board (President Son Tae-rak) announced on the 18th that it is recruiting trainees for the 4th session of the "2024 Real Estate Development Professional Training" to strengthen the capabilities of real estate development professionals.


The 2024 Real Estate Development Professional Training program was established following the revision and enforcement of the "Act on the Management and Promotion of Real Estate Development Business." The Korea Real Estate Board has been designated as a "Real Estate Development Professional Training Institution" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for two years, and from this year, the training will be conducted in a preliminary and workshop format.

This year, preliminary training has been conducted three times, and the 4th preliminary training will be held from December 2 to December 12 for 9 days at the Korea Real Estate Board headquarters, offered both in-person and online. Trainees who complete the course will receive a "Real Estate Development Professional Preliminary Training" certificate.


The training is limited to those eligible under the "Regulations on the Education of Real Estate Development Professionals," and applications are accepted on a rolling basis until November 18.


Top theoretical and practical experts in various real estate fields will serve as instructors, delivering 60 hours of lectures across 10 subjects over 9 days. The number of trainees is limited to 40 on a first-come, first-served basis, and the tuition fee is 935,000 KRW.

He added, "Through continuous research and educational development, we will contribute to the advancement of the real estate industry."
